Rachel Devine is an award winning, freelance makeup artist located in Hamilton, Ontario.  Offering on location makeup applications, Rachel provides her bridal makeup, wedding makeup  and other makeup services to the Greater Toronto area right through to Niagara Falls.

Rachel has been performing makeup services for over 10 years now and her makeup applications have been seen in publications such as The Wedding Ring Magazine, Hamilton Magazine and the Hamilton Spectator as well as on CH Morning Live and in several professional models portfolios.

Not only is Rachel extremely knowledgable when it comes to makeup, but Rachel has also been an Aesthetician and the owner of Aesthetics by Rachel since 2004.  Rachel has taken several courses through her Aesthetics education as well as many other courses and seminars over the past 10 years to learn everything there is to know about proper skin care.  The best makeup applications are performed on healthy skin and Rachel is passionate about teaching her clients how they can have the best skin possible.

In May 2012, Rachel Devine developed her own skin care line called R Devine Skin Care.  This professional quality skin care line provides excellent results using high-quality, safe ingredients!  The R Devine Skin Care line has already been featured in publications such as the 2013 edition of Hamilton Halton Weddings Magazine sold in Chapters and Indigo throughout Ontario.

Rachel Devine is experienced in several areas of makeup such as advertising, print and editorial, glamour and beauty, fashion, runway, creative, film and TV.
